A place where we both grow.
You Me In The Word

About

Psalm 139:14 applies to us all.

My name is Sandra and I welcome you to You, Me, In The Word, a place where we both can grow together. I love the Lord and believe and live by His Holy Word, which is the Holy Bible. I believe with all my heart that God so love the world that He gave His only begotten son that whomsoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, therefore I am saved. (Romans 10:9) I do not and will not get into a debate of what I believe.

My family left North Carolina and moved to Connecticut, where I was raised and completed my basic education from elementary to High school. I joined the military right after high school, which I honorably discharged. Life was an experienced, a journey that was filled with darkness and light, both negative and positive. The book Even Christian’s Make Mistakes, shares that life’s journey and shows that with God even the darkest places of our lives can be rejuvenated by His miraculous light.
I met my wonderful husband in March 2008; I mimic the words of a pastor who once said “Jesus is the glue that holds our marriage together.” Individually we serve the Lord and as a couple we serve the Lord with gladness. We do not put anyone or anything before our relationship, individually and as a couple before the Lord. God’s word said to “seek Him first, and then all things will be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33).
I have been blessed and influenced by God to write and become the author of three books, the first titled, Even Christians Make Mistakes, A Mask, Enhance Your Beauty Woman, There is a Queen in You, and DEBT, Doing Everything Before Tithing. God has also gifted me to continue my education where I have accomplished my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Christian Counseling as well as my Master’s degree in Human Services, focusing on Marriage and family. As long as God allows me to live another day, I await what He wants me to do next to edify His Holy name in all that I say and do. For the Word of God says, “If I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me” (John 12:32)
